At TrueRack, we want you to be stoked on your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please email us at traxboards@gmail.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at traxboards@gmail.com.
