Refund policy

At TrueRack, we want you to be stoked on your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Please email us at traxboards@gmail.com before sending anything back. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at traxboards@gmail.com.
